One of two owners of Green Solutions is Max C. Ayer. He was born and raised in Brandon, FL and graduated from Bloomingdale Senior High School. He graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Turf Management in 1997. For the next 3 years he was a field sales representative for Bayer Environmental Science in the Turf & Pest Control Division before becoming a Project Specialist for Bayer in the Pest Control & Termite Division. From 2001 - 2005 Max was Vice President for Agronomic Resources Inc. (Sales & Consulting Firm for Professional Turf) and then became and is still presently the President for Agronomic Resources Inc.

The other owner is Matthew Taylor. He grew up in the lawn care business in Atlanta. Matthew graduated from The University of Georgia with a Bachelors Degree in Turfgrass Management. He worked in research and development at Abbott Labs in the Agricultural Division prior to working for Bayer Environmental Science as a field sales representative, serving the golf, pest control and professional turf markets. He also worked for The Toro Company in the Irrigation Division for several years.

Rounding out the leadership and management team at Green Solutions is Michael T. Ayer. Michael graduated from the University of Florida with an undergraduate and graduate degree in Horticulture. He soon opened a property maintenance business, catering to large commercial accounts such as Busch Gardens and the Don Cesar Hotel. Michael sold his property maintenance business in 1982 to Onesource Golf & Landscape Management, and he went on to open a turf wholesale supply business and agronomic consulting firm, specializing in professional and residential turf. Michael previously consulted for and was named Chief Agronomist to the Greg Norman Turf Company, and he served as Board Member and President of the Florida Turfgrass Association.
